Hello! My name is Stephanie Ramsey, and I have owned and operated In-Balance Therapeutic Massage in Fargo, USA, for several years. My passion for promoting wellness through various therapeutic practices has driven me to create a serene sanctuary where clients can relax, restore, and rejuvenate. In-Balance Therapeutic Massage offers a unique blend of massage therapy, meditation, coaching, and Reiki healing. I am also a Reiki Instructor. I have experience with a variety of massage techniques and different body treatments. I stay current with the latest techniques and research in both bodywork and energy work therapies. I have an in-depth understanding of the connection between Mind, Body, and Spirit, and I will always make sure you're taken care of here at In-Balance. I personally ensure you will receive the best care. Massage therapy and energy healing are my passions! I am here to make a difference in humanity and help heal hearts!!
Through the years of training thru LMA,SMA, courses on NLP, Hypnosis and a deep personal understanding of my own experiences with meditation and self-reflection, I spent countless hours learning from my mentors and great teachers. Through my perseverance and diligence, I was able to transform my life one step at a time by spending countless hours uncovering who I thought I was to discover and connect with my authentic self. Born with a highly intuitive and empathic knowing. I practice mind over matter and can fully understand the Mind, Body, and Spirit in myself and others. I am a shaman for God.

I am highly trained in Meditation Technique Theory, trained with multiple Life Mastery Academies, and have mastered the metaphysical world and the journey of understanding. I have gained knowledge and understanding with infinite abundance, truth, and joy.
